STORE POLICIES

  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

  • Firearms are priced at a discounted rate with transfer fee in mind... if shipping to All American Firearms directly for pick up there will be a discounted transfer fee of $10.00 (Normally $25.00 for tranfers from other outside vendors).

  • RETURNS

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

    Sales on the following items are final:

    1. Firearms.
    2. Special orders.
    3. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
    4. NFA items.
    5. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
  • USED FIREARMS

    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

  • TRANSFERS
    We welcome any gun transfer to or from a valid FFL holder.

    Receiving a Transfer
    Transfer fees and shipping charges of firearms from the originating FFL dealer we receive are the responsibility of the buyer in addition to our transfer fee(s). We will need the FFL dealer shipping to us to contact us for a copy of our FFL if they do not already have it on file.

    Starting September 19, 2022, the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) will require us to enter additional information when performing background checks. South Carolina residents who have a South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit (SCCWP) will not be required to have a background check done when filling out form 4473 to pick up a serialized part or complete gun. We strongly encourage South Carolina residents to obtain a SCCWP through All American Firearms training course, or any other certified valid instructor in South Carolina. We have structured our transfer fees as follows:

    Transfer Fee $25 - additional guns picked up on the same day $20 each

    SCCWP Holders Transfer Fee $20 - additional guns picked up on the same day $15 each

    Virtual Range Members, Veterans and First Responders Transfer Fee $15 - additional guns picked up on the same day $10 each

    Guns not picked up within 14 days will be assessed additional fees of $1 daily for storage unless there are extenuating circumstances. Guns not picked up within 90 days become property of All American Firearms.
     
    NOTE: We do not ship to California, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts.

    Sending a Transfer
    A shipping service fee of $50 plus shipping charges will be required before a firearm is shipped. You will also need to have the destination FFL sent to us at aafirearms7@gmail.com. If you have packed the firearm(s) to be shipped, please do not tape shut the box being shipped as we must verify guns and their serial numbers to enter them into our system before shipping. Any transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer receiving a firearm are the responsibility of the person receiving the transfer. Any state that implements a state level regulation that requires us to register and pay fees for the privilege of shipping to their state will be passed on to the sender.

  • LAYAWAY POLICY

    All American Firearms is happy to accommodate purchases through our In-Store layaway plan. A 30% down payment plus a $25 layaway fee is required to initiate a layaway transaction, this 30% down payment, along with the layaway fee is non-refundable for any reason.

    The length of our layaway plan is 90 days. The expiration date of this contract will be clearly stated. If the last day of the contract falls on a day that we are closed, this contract will be automatically extended through close of business of our next business day. If the contract is not fulfilled by the expiration date (the bill is not paid in full), the merchandise will be returned to the sales floor, and your money will not be returned.

    This contract cannot be extended. Although we encourage regular payments, they are not required. You may cancel this agreement any time prior to this contract's expiration. Any money paid beyond the initial 30% will be refunded (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) in the same manner it was paid.

    Any warranty on the merchandise will begin on the date of pick-up.
